Of course he's dished it out but he doesn't really take it at all, it doesn't bother him. For example, yesterday when someone took his hat, he went in there shouting through a bottle to wind them up. He doesn't go off on one and be all hypocritical about it, he makes a joke out of it.

But as you said, it's not malicious, just a bit of fun.
