Each housemate submits a list of favourite music to BB, prior to entering the house, who in turn submitted the list and pay pre-announced royalties(cheaper than paying for broadcasting without permission - thats why they also replace housemates singing and whistling on LF etc) for public broadcast of those songs.
Blame the housemates for the music selection not BB.
