I don't find Sam that interesting but I want to agree with you in principle and Sam is part of the example:
- A few seasons ago BB would have let the HM's pick 3 out of 6. Then knowing that they would pick the most 'likable unthreatening' BB would turn it around and PUT IN THE ONES THEY DID NOT PICK
In this example we know that Laura was a total fail and JJ2 may as well never showed up at all. Ghostman.
In fact, Fat Sexy Black would have been PERFECT for BB11.
Sam from the beginning too.
The fact they kept that Shabby crap going made me believe they were.. how can I put it.. in some kind of contempt they were shltting on their own carpet. Actually shltting on the BB house carpet,
and,
via television shltting on our living room carpets.
Anyways,
I have really enjoyed BB11 but yes I agree there was one outstanding problem this year when two different ideas were both working against each other and its this:
1. Choosing more HMs who are the quality and type who need to develop over a season (or longer times).
2. At the same time trying to have a BB10 style 'Summer Wacky Rotation Pool Party' going on with various 'love matches' and others coming and going in and out.
Anyways - I do see what your saying and although I'm overall happy with BB11 yes.. you make some good points.
Also.. this is the last season of BB. They don't need to try and kill it. I think they already moved onto Ultimate BB now.
Which will be their 'last hurrah' and what C4 people are remembered for and want on their CVs.
