David and Crowderites ought to be thankful for the masses of 'conman' accusers who have swarmed the forums boards.
Why?
Because they keep anyone from discussing and challenging the actual problems with this group and what kind of harm David's stunts may really be doing to the Church or to the perception of the unChurched for that matter.

These guys here stampeding topics with 'conman' accusations have done a great job keeping anyone from asking (or answering for) the real tough issues.

So has David.
"She wanted to talk to me about (God, Church) and I just said NO!" and that ended that.
David would RATHER have Housemates mocking him or questioning if he 'hates gays' or having some 'atheist' debate with him,
but,
he does not want and will not permit someone reasonably well-versed in the Bible to have pose some actual challenges.

Anyways,
Yes, I explained to people on here the wheelchair was to show he was so 'drunk in the spirit' that he could not even walk and they were NOT going about taking donations.

What I don't like about the wheelchair stunt is that (as seen here) does give people a false impression at it's face value.
Worse yet it give the impression that Jesuits may not only be drinking alcohol but harassing people in public,
and,
even worse is that once they get the idea they are embarrassed about Christianity or the Church and want to avoid it and keep their children from that,
and,
maybe the worst thing is that it will attract those who are infatuated with physical gratification (addicts, drunks) and it really tells them that Christianity is about the very same thing - sensual pleasure, physiological relief, having their brain tickled or numbed. Carnal pleasures.
