Well...for me, the answer is BOTH actually!
Yes...they are a waste of time!
And Yes...They add to the site!
They prove nothing in the real voters thoughts!
But useful to gage the forums thoughts on certain matters!
And they are not compulsary anyway!...So what can they hurt??
