If it wasnt set up...answer me one thing.
Why did they wait until Josie had the pass/they knew how the voting was going...before changing it to the first ever quad? Surely something as big as a quad would have been planned ages ago...and if it was, why not announce it when the lines opened?
Surely you can see why it looks very strange to people...
