The former housemate and reality TV star said that she had been disgusted by John James's actions last week, when he mocked returning contestant Rachael for posing in Nuts magazine.
Writing in her News of the World blog, she said: "I think John James's behaviour this week has been disgusting! He was so vile to Rachael, I do not know who he thinks he is? The poor girl. If that had been me I would have burst into tears!
"When he left the task room, he was so pleased with himself, he was grinning like a Cheshire cat and couldn't wait to tell the others how beastly he was to her. Most of the housemates found this highly amusing, which proves they are just as bad."
Grahame also criticised Big Brother for giving the Australian "special treatment" with his phonecall to ex-housemate Nathan. "I would be so p*ssed off if I was in there with him," she said.
Speaking about tomorrow night's final, she added: "I am bursting with excitement to find out who will be crowned the winner of BB11. I'm pretty sure it's going to be Josie, but we will just have to wait and see."
Grahame is expected to be one of the former housemates returning for Ultimate Big Brother tomorrow night.
