no, that honor goes to Alexandra from BB9. Charley was mean spirited but she was hilarious at times. I think she was very self aware of herself and played things up for attention. Alexandra was like Charley but without the humor. She was just nasty and vile and had very little redeeming qualities within the house. Charley was at least good for a laugh and smile and and enjoyed her time in the house with some of her HM. Alex however seemed miserable throughout her stay, rarely ever smiled and was all around bitter. She pickd fights for no reason and did it out of pure spite and anger. THAT is the most vile HM ever. Charley doesnt quite compare
