It was said early on L/F in a memory game, they were playing. Where your repeat what the previous person said and then add your bit on, Nikki either forgot that Makosi was still playing or she delibrately said it to provoke her. They all laugh it off including Makosi, but it wasn't a nice thing to say.

FGS Nikki is twenty-eight a year younger that Makosi, people tends to dismiss her comments because of her childlike appearence and behaviour. Do not be fooled Nikki can be quite spiteful at times.
