Facebook. I do like twitter but i'd rather know what my friends and family are doing. I'm not too bothered about what Phillip Schofield had for lunch. Twitter is still quite good though, especially for breaking news, there's usually a lot of hype straight away, as everyone tweets from their phones etc.
