Dont be ridiculous. I am saying using peoples differences against them be it colour, sexuality, disability or whatever, which they have no control over is wrong and actually illegal and should not be tolerated on any level.
If you murder someone it does not make a slight difference if you are gay, straight, black or from Mars you will be punished. You will not get anymore of a heavier sentence for being a black murderer than a white murderer would.
