Other types of spiders have higher level of necrotysing agents in their venom, so can cause ulceration, which needs debridement( all the dead tissue in the ulcer removing) Brown recluse, huntsman etc.
Again it depends on how much of their venom their inject.

Don't remind me. Have you seen the slideshow on YouTube of a guy's hand, with the wound from a brown recluse bite worsening each day? One of the most gross things I've ever seen. Everybody in the comments told him to stop taking pictures of his hand and get to a hospital.
