and i like sam pepper, i'm not talking smack about sammy pepper, i'm just saying... should be a uniform standard.
Graffiti art is not illegal in Britain, only on British streets, public places and subways when done without permission.
It has now moved into galleries as a modern art form. Sam Pepper works with young kids on schemes, hardly illegal.
