na it couldn't have been. Calculations and expertise show that the time it would take to burn down the vic clashes with the times it takes Josie to get out from under the duvet or indeed stay vertical. Plus strong scientific evidence shows that her constant nasal drip plus all the saliva gathered from sucking her thumb would have been enough to stop the flames so she couldn't have been at the vic.
