you can choose your weapon
I would choose one appropriate to the crime if it was the serial killer etc
for a terrorist I would make them insert their hand through a reinforced metal wall, then attach an explosive device to it
then repeat for the other hand
then the right foot, left foot, left arm upto elbow, right arm upto elbow and so on
for a child rapist, they would be strapped to a dirty floor crawling with insects and a motorised contraption set up in between their legs (a large thick pole fitted with small razors and covered in small quantities of acid
put me in charge of the prison service and crime would fall dramatically
