She refused the after care psychologists because she doesn't seem to think SHE is the one with the problem. Suicide bid, my arse, it's typical attention seeking manipulative behaviour. I really cannot stand the deluded, self pitying cow. This is all designed to create more ammunition for her intended legal action, but it will fail at the first hurdle which will be when she is ordered to be psychologically tested. It won't take long for any competent psychiatrist to diagnose her with a whole shopping basket full of psychoses. Perhaps then she'll finally get the help she so obviously needs.
