With Big Brother, you are giving your life over to someone else. They will edit you how they want and worst of all, you are being watched 24/7.
You cant expect A or B list celebs to sign up for something like Big Brother. High profile celebs spend alot of time and money on PR to shed them in a "good" light and perfecting their "image" (see that fake bitch Lady G*cough*).
For example, remember the Jade tribute during the UBB Finale? Her manager said if he was in charge of her career then he would have never let her go back on BB.
The Celebs who are willing to do Big Brother will 90% of the time always be someone looking to get back into the limelight cause their career is fading, not usually to get more attention.

Valid points but surely, it's huge promotion for a client, the four examples I listed don't have reputations and I doubt B-Listers could be that bad, especially since we have little/no opinion of America's B list anyway.
