Not really.
The show is based in SA, where a lot of people speak English (a large proportion speak Afrikaans, but that isn't widely spoken in the rest of the continent, which BB would be broadcast to) and most people in sub-Saharan Africa speak either English or French as a first language anyhow as a result of colonial history.
