And then you see Derek's face change and he was like "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" "DON'T TELL ME I CAN GO NOW, IT'S MY HOUSE TOO, I'LL GO WHEREVER I LIKE" 
and Sam BB6 looked absolutely mortified, and didn't know how to respond, she was like "are you joking"? 
and he was like "NO, WHY WOULD I JOKE ABOUT THIS YOU SILLY STUPID LITTLE GIRL"

Yeah, I actually found it hilarious at the time, because it was such a shockingly inappropriate reaction, but Derek really did hate her.
