Clearly the Government has the moral duty and responsibility to provide injured ex servicemen with the prosthetics they need, and I would have thought no right minded person would begrudge that to men and women who risk their lives to defend this country. The legs that are being talked about are £30,000 each which are clearly top of the range legs which are not provided by the Government, just as any other equipment from the NHS is usually serviceable and fit for purpose, but never top of the range.
And why would you assume he claims benefits anyway? He has an army pension. If, however, he WAS claiming benefits rather they went to him than some scrounging deadbeat parents who've never done a days' work in their lives, and do nothing but produce brats others have to pay for.
