The producers were pleased with all that and I think they're rubbing their hands with glee over the fuss Cher is causing and some people getting their knickers in a twist.

The Jedward thing was a huge example, it was laughable, really, after all the slagging off Simon did about them, then saved them. Incredible. But it got publicity.
