It's a good thing it isn't, If it wasn't filmed in 3D it shouldn't be shoehorned into the film in post production since it never looks as good as a film that was made specifically for it. I prefer 2D anyway.
The only reason so many films are in 3D now is because the studios can charge more as 3D tickets are more expensive.
