It's happened quite a few times and usually they'd say you can claim your money back.

BB3 Week 1 - Sunita walked when all 12 HMs were facing eviction. Lynne evicted.
BB7 Week 1 - Dawn was ejected whilst facing eviction with Bonnie and Glyn. Bonnie evicted.
CBB5 Eviction 1 - Ken walked when all the Masters were facing eviction. Jackiey evicted.
CBB5 Eviction 2 - Leo walked when facing eviction against Carole and Dirk. I think Davina said he would have been evicted but in the end Carole was evicted.
BB8 Week 1 - Emily ejected when she was against Shabnam. Eviction cancelled.
BB9 Week 2 - Alexandra ejected when she was against Mario. Eviction cancelled.
BB9 Week 8 - Maysoon walked when she was up with another 8 HMs. Luke evicted.
BB10 Week 7 - Kenneth walked when up against 10 other HMs. Eviction cancelled.
BB11 Week 6 - Caoimhe walked before lines opened so BB recounted nominations. Eviction then cancelled after all when Keeley was injured.

I hate it more when HMs walk after surviving eviction ala Orlaith BB6, Mutya CBB6, Shabby BB11 etc. Instead Kemal, Tina Mallone and Sunshine were evicted when they could have stayed longer
