Let me say it again:

I have nothing against Gamu and I have no doubt plenty of condescending mini-dictators fill UK immigration and customs,
and,
Obviously nobody wants Gamu to have anything less than a great life and she ought not be blamed for anything her Mother did (or not).

HOWEVER...
..Gamu doesn't live here. She is a visitor (no problem) but now the visit is finished.
Likewise, Australian and Canadian backpackers (even though they are commonwealth too) they cannot stay longer than their visa allows.

Plenty of tourists or friends or family come to the UK and visit for 6 month or even a year and great!
Then they have to return home.
Hey.. they can reapply and come visit again too!

Gamu doesn't live in Scotland, she is not a Brit, she is a citizen of Zimbabwe.

What's the problem in all this?
Gamu and her Mother HURT IMMIGRANTS.

Let me repeat that:
Gamu and her mother are HURTING IMMIGRANTS AND CAUSING MANY PROBLEMS FOR IMMIGRANTS.

Obviously, I don't think Gamu herself actually intends or is really aware that SHE IS HURTING IMMIGRANTS,
but,
That is what is ultimately happening while they are taking up a lot of time, resources, money THAT SOMEONE ELSE DESERVES AND IS WAITING FOR AND NOW LOSES.

There are thousands of Immigrants. Legitimate immigrants who have not only PAID to get in the queue,
but,
these sincere, honest immigrants HAVE WAITED FOR LONG LONG PERIODS OF TIME,
and,
They have invested MASSIVE time and effort and finances into a very complicated long process of paperwork, interviews, examinations and all but pulling their pants down for rectal exams and allowing the UK to interrogate them 'as if' they were guilty until proving innocent.
BUT NO!
They will be waiting longer (some are desperately waiting to be reunited with spouses or family) waiting longer and longer THANKS TO GAMU AND HER MOTHER!

So Gamu and Mumma Gamu should not only leave now but on the way out walk past long queues of legitimate immigrants (who have PAID TO BE THERE) and Gamu's Mom should APOLOGIZE TO THE IMMIGRANTS on her way home.

Home is Zimbabwe. That is where they live. They don't live here. By all means they should come back to visit soon,
but,
at this time THEY ARE HURTING IMMIGRANTS who are already suffering enough.

So good-bye visitors and please do not come back CAUSING PROBLEMS DELAYS AND TAKING UP THE RESOURCES OF DESERVING IMMIGRANTS WHO WERE WAITING AHEAD OF YOU.
