Its not the truth though. Its a stupid, ignorant, stereotypical view that is lumping every viewer into the same category just because YOU personally do not think one direction are up to much.
And to blow your theory out of the water, I quite like them, I am no way a teenager. You may throw at me that I only like them for their looks...which couldnt be further from the truth as I think most of them are quite vile actually...but in that case, my partner likes them too.
