Katie and Cher's rows causing X Factor tension
by Daily Gossip Oct 19th 2010 7:57AM
This year's X Factor house must be a bundle of laughs - first Wagner insists on spraying the house with deodorant, then Katie upsets Matt with her "kissing game" story and now the Cher/Katie rift is reportedly adding to the X Factor tension.
The singing pair are reportedly constantly bickering and rowing and it's all getting rather heated.
But Katie's mum, who has already described the public's reaction to her daughter as "bullying", has come to her defence once again.
"Katie's not confrontational," she told Heat magazine. "She's very diplomatic - if she was in a situation, she would walk away. She's all about karma. She doesn't like bad karma."
Apparently Katie "likes her time alone" and will happily wile away the hours writing music in her bedroom.
Cher, on the other hand, is rumoured to be turning ruthless.
An X Factor 'source' told Heat: "Cher's determined to win it, no matter what. It seems she's deliberately put a wedge between herself and the others. She's not there to make friends.
"Cher is very much the type to want to be the prettiest and most talented wherever she goes. She started wearing quite a lot of make-up and making her hair big because she got attention."
The insider added: "It makes her feel... that no one can mess with her."
Good luck with that Cher... it'll take more than big hair and false eyelashes to fool us.
I thought these two got on?
