Honestly, probably not. As hard as it is, at least she gave you an honest answer rather than not be interested but play you along.
It may also be because you have a good friendship that she said no, maybe she doesn't want to ruin what you guys already have, trust me it sucks when that happens with a friend, I'm sure a lot of us have been there. I know I have and wish that our friendship was still the same, but too much bitterness came about
There are plenty of people out there, and you never know, one day she may change her mind
