Imo the problem is so many degrees taken now are not vocational so don't lead on to the start of a career which they used to. It can only lead to more and more graduates being unemployed. I was talking to a young lad recently, who originally had said he didn't want to go to Uni but has now changed his mind and his exact words to me where 'well it puts off working for 3 years' - so whats the point!!
