If that is true then Cheryl deserves to be axed, she is paid to mentor and judge, and therin lies the problem, a conflict of interest, to mentor and judge other mentors acts too is as this shows not a good idea.

However, had Louis had his 2 acts in the bottom 2 or Dannii had 2 acts in the bottom 2, Ms Cole would have been relishing every minute of getting rid of one of their acts, and she would expect them to amke a decision too.

If its right they knew she would not vote for one of her acts to go,and as she didn't then if she is not prepared to vote in that scenario, for one of her own acts then she should not be able to vote against any of the other judges acts either.

She is paid to make a decision, that is her role on X Factor,so she is not doing her job and if people don't do their jobs, they get sacked.
Frankly I just don't think she cares anyway, she wants to be off to the States in the future so doubt she would worry if axed from the UK X Factor.

Also if that is corect above from leather trumpet, then it should have been clearly detailed to the viewers and if they had no time left on XFactor to do so, since there is far too much yapping before the main event of the results annoncements anyway, there is still no excuse, the folow on show Xtra Factor could have been the vehicle used to really explain what happened.no one chose to at all.

Even Philip Schofield on THis Morning when talking to an equally baffled Jeff Brazier who was at X Factor said he couldn't understand it at all and thought it very odd.

Odd it was and it leaves a rotten smell in the air and the show discredited too.
