Yeah it's Nikki she was standing with Sezer at the time and her face was quite funny. If you want to put it up, go to
www.photobucket.com and register (it doesn't take long). Save the banner to your computer and upload it to Photobucket (Click browse, select the banner and press upload). Scroll down and copy and paste thge url into your sig. Put [/img] at the start and [img] at the end. Click 'edit my signature' and it should appear.
