your opinion. And besides, Simon and all of the other Judges can save acts for
whatever reason they like, as many times as they like, whenever they see fit. That's what they're employed to do - cast their
own votes. They don't have to consult you, me or anyone else before doing so. If one of them wanted to save an act because they were taller than the other - they could. Because it's
their vote - not yours. Of course I wouldn't admit to that if I were them, and I doubt they would either - but they are entitled to vote for whoever they want, as many times as they want, for whatever reason they want. It's as simple as that.
