Unfortunately i am the only one making sense when you put mine and others into context with the original comment by Happland....he has raised the point of this being a singing contest and not a game show....and its that reason why having favouritism via mentors who then judge is a flawed system.

If you [and others] don't like that, then I suggest you either vote for your favourite(s) to ensure they aren't at risk of that process, or just quite simply don't watch - as it has been this way for seven years. Once two acts are in the Bottom Two, the public do not have a say unless of course it goes to Deadlock. The show has survived seven series with this format - so why is there a problem now?
But again....you are missing the point of the original comments as Happyland was questioning the public turning this into a game show....surely they too have every right to vote for who they damn well please as they are not being paid vast sums of money to do a job, but are in fact the ones who are expected to stump up their hard earned cash to see fair play.
and I think you'll find there has been unrest for awhile now, hence the protest vote for last years xmas No1.

Just for the record though - I don't mind Wagner, and the public are entitled to vote for whoever they wish. That's when they get their say. Not when two acts are in the Bottom Two. I just think it's hilarious how people are backing him to 'spite' Simon.
I....dont think so seeing as he is still there whilst better acts are going out. And its been well documented that Scowell is pissed off with the way the public ruined his No1 last year, and the protest vote for lesser acts.
