Episode 4 - Prisoners Dilemma


Firstly, congratulations to all of you to making it to Episode 4.

Just 12 players now remain in the game, it will start getting harder to fluke it through.


In this game you will be paired up in 6 teams of two.

Each player on a team has the option of:
1. Passing up an exemption.
2. Taking an exemption.

However, that means there can be 3 outcomes:
1. Both players passing up the exemption.
2. One player taking an exemption, while the other passes up.
3. Both taking an exemption, resulting in nobody getting it.

Now, in the 6 teams - only a max of 2 can have an outcome of 2 or 3.

That means at least 4 teams of 2 must pass up the exemptions in order to pass.

It doesn't matter if the group passes or fails - whoever claims an exemption gets an exemption (unless their partner claims it too, meaning nobody gets an exemption)

So will you be greedy enough to get an exemption for yourself? Or will you let the group pass their first task, and be one step closer to preventing The Mole from winning?

So, each one of you must decide if you want to PASS or TAKE the exemption. U2U me your decision, but remember - if your partner does as well, neither of you gets the exemption. If more than 2 groups have players that chose "TAKE", the group has failed.


This task is about communication and temptation, keep in mind that you have already failed 3 missions. If you faill all missions, The Mole wins....
