An Infraction and a point are two completely different things.
An infraction is when a moderator issues a number of points to a member as a punishments.
The number of points issued are at the moderator's discretion.
Someone could get 9 points in one infraction or they could receive one point.
Once someone has nine points, they are banned, not nine infractions.
