Of course you don't have all the information available, we don't elect leaders based on their policies ONLY, we elect leaders based on their capability to make decisions on our behalf.

Those who voted for lib-dem didn't vote based on just their policies, they voted lib-dem because they trusted that specific candidate to make judgements.

This also plays into the student fee's debate, because all these people who voted lib-dem are complaining that the lib-dems arn't fullfilling their policy commitments, but you don't just vote for a politician for their policies, you vote for them entrusting them to make JUDGEMENTS on your behalf.

You choose a representative, not a policy.

You vote for a PERSON, not a policy.
