You aren't rubbish, but you'd have no chance on there from that video. Your voice is a bit weak and it's just a very 'usual' voice, unless you have something very quirky about your personality, I'd say you wouldn't make it past the first audition. So my advice would be to leave it a year or so and take some singing lessons to get a bit more tone and strength in your voice, then you might stand a chance.

But yeah, that's just my opinion.. and youtube videos are very hard to gage how good someone is at singing sometimes.
