It seems to be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays now, although yesterday they showed Helen live and pre-recorded from ?Monday, today she was live and pre-recorded from?yesterday. She is next in on Friday, doing the live Beauty Bar. (Euurrgh! I sometimes have a reality check like now, and think: 'What on earth am I doing sitting here writing about this?' OK, it's passed now!)
I like to think that a little synchronising is going on, and at least one day off in the week is kept strictly for canoodling purposes.
