You can either find a picture the right size on a website, find out the URL (the web address of the picture) and insert that in your profile, or if you find a picture you like but it's the wrong size, you can e-mail it to
LEE@thisisbigbrother.com or
Mark@thisisbigbrother.com and they'll resize it and put it up for you.
For instance, if you wanted a Rangers avatar, you could use this URL:
http://www.sport.scotsman.com/img/te...ge_rangers.gif
or for a Federico one, this URL:
http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/bb4/federico.jpg
