I see what you mean though, No other members are going to join this site really, are they? Unless Big Brother comes back.
So we may aswell just use it as abit of fun, and I like the idea of just adding words and stuff to it that have become iconic or linked with this 'generation' of TiBBers.

Yeah, like the whole place is a walk in museum of TiBB lore. I assume only certain quality pictures could be used, and even then I doubt it would be a huge problem given filters would probably be applied to them on image editing software.
Although given the other possibilities coming to mind now with regard to more general pictures/words or phrases the members idea seems a bit naff.
We could even just have quotes. Plenty of websites have a different quote each time you refresh it. TiBB has about seventeen million classic quotes.
Or you could just make up daft slogans relating to the forum like
'Where you can be anything you want to be. Right Raph?'.
