In regards to Santer he was also a rubbish producer and did no favours to the show but he was a lot better than Kirkwood is. That being said I don't think Kirkwood has had enough time yet to prove himself so I'll give him another few months before deciding whether he's absolutely horrific or not.

Their is some good actors in Hollyoaks but the fair share of awful ones. Soaps have always been far fetched and HO play up to this by making their storylines more creative and different.

I wouldn't be pleased if Kirkwood got kicked out over one controversial plot.
