I'm sure there was a civillian series once titled 'I'm An Aussie; Get Me Out of Here!' and it aired on ITV2 after the first 2 or 3 series. Obviously being on ITV2 and it being about Aussies rather than the UK public I think it bombed.
I'm used to the IAC slot being in November. I agree the first series (although my favourite) wasn't the sunniest being in our summer/Australian winter. I think the most hottest series may have been series 3 (Jan '04) and I assume series 4 (Nov '04) was moved earlier so as not to clash with the triumphant return of CBB3 ('Jan '05) mwahahahaha!
