The law on rape is clear, if the unwilling party says 'no' and intercourse goes ahead without that persons consent then it is classified as rape.
They could have gone to the hotel and the female may have been willing to partake in kissing and cuddling etcetera, but drew the line short of penetration and the Sleazer went ahead anyway, then it is rape.
They could have had sexual intercourse any number of times, both willing partners, but when the female says "No" and sex is forced upon her, it is still rape, harder to prove, but still rape.

There is no point in Sleazer's fans saying "She is a publicity hunting gold-digger and I don't believe anything happened", there is no point in Sleazer haters saying "I think he did it because he has been accused before and openly calls himself Sleazer" because only two people know the truth, and until the case goes to court no-one else will know what really happened.
