Well, apart from buying the rights to do so - but for C4 4oD would be the better option as due to the nature of Big Brother I think it's better if people can watch it at their own pace rather than the pace it was originally screened.
If it appeared on TV I'd imagine it would appear on some random digital channel - though now Sky have bought most of them out, there aren't too many random digital channels about.
