I'm pretty sure it does, maybe not in a separate section or with separate rules (well actually the no negativity rule on DS in regards to appreciation thread is just an expansion of the keep posts relevant to the discussion rule, put downs and criticism in an appreciation thread, a thread intended for appreciative discussion of someone or something, are irrelevant and off topic) but I'm pretty sure I remember there being some during the summer.
