If she had said contractual obligation before she signed up for OKTV!, then her/her agent's solictor surely would have known and pointed it out before allowing her to agree to anything? And would Desmond really allow her to buy out of / agree to terminate her contract for a better offer recieved since as last minute as three days before it starts / because she had a contractual obligation prior to signing that she / her agent has only just become aware of? The only logical conclusion really is that this contractual obligation is new and for a newly comissioned / acquired bigger than OKTV! channel 5 show not included in today's line up announcement
