Seeing those kids cowering as that evil swine was even coming up close to them....... conditioned to expect a physcial blow from him.
What action, legal action will be taken? You bet your last breath, it will be none. yet if it were a non Muslim responsible for this type of treatment, the authorities would be up in arms.
