A friend of my little brother's said that apparently he'd been seen outside Westlands school (a high school here) grooming girls for a while now. It's a bit scary, my sister went there and my niece might very well go there in September.

Yeah he used to go to Westlands, two years above me. I haven't seen him around the school, and usually at the end of the day theres staff outside so I would have thought they would of noticed him but you never know he might of been slightly away from the school and out of sight from the teachers.
