Perhaps a few second delay, but to be honest, I don't think it's going to be all that big of an issue. Pete can usually exert enough control to make it through interviews, but if he can't, what, someone's going to go - hey, that person has a problem that forces him to do it, so we're going to punish you?
My guess is that doing so, even to the network, would be likely a violation of one of the million anti-discrimination laws for the disabled. And if fines are made, and not successfully argued away, what of it? Channel 4 will make it back double or triple.
Nahh, they'll do the interviews as normal. This ain't Lisa, there's a physical/psychological issue involved, and those who are afraid of hearing a bad word will just have to exercise those little fingers and change the channel.
