Not if you eat the right foods, when you don't eat much your body stores more because it doesn't know when it'll get food again (that's not the scientific terminology  ) so if you ate say a low fat cereal for breakfast, rice cakes or something for lunch and fish or grilled chicken with a salad for dinner, they're not foods that you'll put on weight with but it will help your body to process foods faster

I havent ate breakfast for about 10 years. Excluding when I have to have a fry up coz am ill off the night before
