Dating sims have been the norm in Japan for something like 20 years. Having said that, the age of consent in Japan is 13.

It's weird that the first one to be released on a console in Europe comes from Ubisoft, a Western publisher. No doubt another game for the growing pile of Wii and PS Move shovelware (most of it from Ubishit).
